Message Liners, and that is all the cooling the SMICs need.
If you don't have ducts under your fender liners, get new parts like these:

And flow works like this:

The blue air is cold ambient air. The red air is the hot air on the back side of the IC. The CC is in grey, and the OVRFL is the overflow tank. The purple air is the combination of the hot air and the cool ambient air leaving the back side of that vent. The CC is useless, and can be removed. That opens up substantial volume between the IC back side, and the over flow tank.

Removing the overflow tank and venting the liner would give marginal gains versus the hassle of overflow tank relocation/replacement, IMO. I would love to be proven wrong though.
